The good news?

Lots of people and organizations helping out.

CIBC + Alberta Food Banks =

10 Tons of healthy food delivered in one day!

To the Wood Buffalo Food Bank

Fort McMurray

Ground Zero

We had a small role in all of that. 🙂

Disasters always mean a long, long road to recovery – and the needs for lots and lots of food support.  Hunger organizations in disaster areas struggle for months and sometimes years after a disaster to meet the demand for their services.

Want to help out after a disaster?  Keep sending food and other things for a long time after it stops making the evening news.

And to it with a smile – cause you’re really helping someone out!  🙂
